FORT WORTH, Texas, May 26, 2026 — ELB Learning, a strategic workforce performance partner to 80% of the Fortune 100, today announced the appointment of Fort Worth-based executive David Aspinall as president and chief executive officer, effective immediately. Aspinall brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience across Fortune 10 enterprises, private equity-backed growth companies, and technology-forward organizations, and will lead ELB through its next chapter of innovation and market expansion.

Before joining ELB, Aspinall worked as an operating investor and independent sponsor, partnering with companies and private equity partners to drive growth, execution, and enterprise value creation. He previously served as chief executive officer of Auticon, an award-winning technology consulting company, where he led the company's market development and grew its presence into a nationally recognized workforce innovation model. Prior to that, he was founder and CEO of Sales Enablement Partners, a boutique consulting company serving private equity firms focused on organic growth. Earlier in his career, Aspinall held senior executive roles at AT&T, where he spent nearly 12 years, including leading the company's Canadian operations, and as president of Sprint Business, where he led a successful turnaround and expansion of the enterprise business across the United States.

Aspinall's appointment comes at a period of strong momentum for ELB. Aspinall holds an MBA from Texas Christian University's M.J. Neeley School of Business and a BA with honors from the University of Sheffield. He is a member of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization), is an honorary commander for the USAF 301st Fighter Wing, and has been recognized for his leadership in technology and workforce innovation.
