Do I need to hire an eLearning Project Manager?
An eLearning Project Manager ensures training initiatives run smoothly, stay on schedule, and remain on budget.

Understanding Quality Audits Through Interactive eLearning
How a leading tech company turned to custom learning solutions to quickly meet training needs

A leader in the industry, the client strives to deliver network experiences that transform how people connect, work, and live. Driven by innovation and creativity, the client has built strong expertise across diverse industries—from education to healthcare to secure banking. With a wide variety of products, custom solutions, and services, the organization is a Fortune 500 company headquartered in Sunnyvale, California.
Quality audits are an integral part of the growth and development of any organization. The client followed the practice of regular internal and external audits. The business requirement was a quick eLearning solution that could be deployed for all employees. The key goal was to train employees on the required protocol and the measures to adhere to complete the audit process.
The client offered a fair bit of information and guided support via a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to meet the needs. The primary challenge for all stakeholders was to create a learning solution from the existing Instructor Led Training (ILT) material and deploy the eLearning program before the external audits started at the client’s offices, in less than 45 days.
The learning strategists and instructional designers at ELB Learning recommended an interactive eLearning course. The interactivities ensure that learners are engaged with the learning material and provide an avenue for practice. A digital learning solution further ensures learners complete the prescribed training at their own pace and convenience.
A scenario-based learning model was identified as the ideal solution to expose the learners to the possible interaction with the Quality Audit team. The learning program was modeled to incorporate the right response by the learner/employee in each scenario.
A compact and efficient team was set up to meet the demands of the client. With elaborate ILT-based content and support from SMEs, ELB Learning created an engaging storyboard. Through our agile development process, iterations were quickly completed and the eLearning program was designed and completed in record speed.
The timely completion and deployment of the eLearning solution ensured that all employees were ready to face any challenges posed by the Quality Audit team, and work continued seamlessly at the client’s offices without any interruptions. The high-quality eLearning program exceeded the client’s expectations and additionally turned into a benchmark for their internal quality audit processes.
