Provide an innovative program to deliver compliance training to their team members. The program needed to be both highly informative and effective in delivering the information needed. Additionally, solutions deployed must be able to produce robust reporting and present the L&D team about the completion and effectiveness of training. Further, demonstrate whether employees are able to apply what they learned on the job.
Using an accelerated timetable, ELB Learning and Thermo Fisher Scientific rolled out a new approach to compliance training across the organization. The combination of self-service tools, just-in-time learning solutions and a blended learning strategy including classroom training, job aids and eLearning tools, created an efficient, engaging model for delivering information across the organization.
