Hoopis Performance Network (HPN) provides HPN University—the #1 online content library in financial services that serves as a turnkey approach to learning and development. HPN has been using the Rockstar Learning Platform since the mid-2000s. In addition to HPN University, they use the Rockstar Learning Platform for other training offerings, including a blended learning solution called Trustworthy Selling.

Hoopis Performance Network needed a flexible way to deliver video learning solutions to financial professionals across the globe. It also had to be secure and easy-to-use for both administrators and end-users.

HPN determined that the Rockstar Learning Platform was the best platform for streaming video, especially in the financial services space, and was more user-friendly compared to other learning management systems available at the time. HPN spent two years building up content before officially launching. Today, they maintain a robust library of constantly evolving training courses deployed to thousands of users at multiple locations. HPN has published 5-8 pieces of content every month for the past 12 years.

Using the Rockstar Learning Platform, the Hoopis Performance Network provides innovative sales training & leadership development resources to financial professionals in over 25 countries worldwide. Content is available in 8 different languages and ranges from short videos with knowledge checks to full eLearning courses. Every 3 years subject matter experts will reshoot videos to update them, and any content with a score lower than 3.5 is removed from the platform.

Much of the HPN University content is manager-driven and the Rockstar Learning Platform provides great flexibility and freedom for managers to assign content and coaching in ways that drive a culture of learning. In addition, as many of the users are not well-versed in LMS administration, the user-friendly backend enables managers and salespeople to easily export data and use that information to increase usage and adoption of the learning platform.

The HPN University has over 50,000 subscribers. In 2020 alone, the platform received over 600,000 views and almost 50,000 course enrollments.
