Goodwill helps millions overcome employment barriers through job training and placement services. To enhance its workforce development efforts, Goodwill needed a centralized, scalable learning platform to serve its 150+ independent organizations worldwide.
ELB Learning implemented the Rockstar Learning Platform (RLP) to provide structured learning paths, real-time analytics, and streamlined content delivery. With tools like Lectora®, MicroBuilder®, and an extensive Asset Library, Goodwill can now offer engaging, accessible, and scalable training to empower individuals with essential job skills.

Despite facing greater health risks, individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) often struggle to access quality healthcare. The Special Olympics Inclusive Health Fundamentals curriculum was created to train healthcare professionals and students in providing equitable, inclusive care.
ELB Learning transformed static PowerPoint presentations into engaging, interactive custom eLearning modules with videos, gamified activities, and real-world stories from individuals with IDD. Now used by 15+ universities and 4,000+ healthcare organizations, this program has already reached over 1,000 learners in its first month alone.

Sigma Chi sought to modernize its leadership training and hazing prevention programs, replacing outdated PowerPoints with engaging, real-world learning experiences.
ELB Learning developed interactive, scenario-based modules featuring custom avatars, decision-making exercises, and immersive storytelling. The program has led to higher pledge retention rates, increased GPA scores, and greater leadership involvement, earning multiple industry awards for innovation in training.

The League of Women Voters empowers citizens through civic education and voter engagement. ELB Learning partnered with the organization to develop accessible, digital learning experiences that inform individuals about voting rights, civic responsibility, and the democratic process. These interactive resources help individuals make informed decisions and actively participate in their communities.

In partnership with EVERFI, ELB Learning has helped bring critical, values-based education to K-12 students nationwide.
