Strengthened password complexity requirements to include a minimum of 8 characters comprising letters, numbers, or special characters, bolstering system security.

Say goodbye to the hassle of managing users across vast networks. Our new office search feature enables administrators to quickly locate and associate users with specific offices, streamlining user management in large enterprises.

Learner Activity Functionality Improvement

We've enhanced tracking capabilities for learner activities, including multiple tracking instances for the same user. This includes deeplink users, enabling multiple users to complete quizzes or activities through a deeplink.

Microlearning Module Assessments Reporting

Assessment results from microlearning modules are now integrated into interactive reports, providing administrators with comprehensive insights into learner progress and performance.

Additional Learner Group Filter in New Reports

A Learner Group filter has been added to all four reports. Multiple Learner Groups can be selected to filter enrollment records. Filtered values are included in the exported report, which can also be applied when scheduling new reports.

Improved User Management

Streamlined user import process with email notifications sent to the initiating administrator upon completion or failure of import.
Added a “Modify the data” checkbox to minimize errors during user batch editing, enhancing the user experience and reducing the likelihood of data inaccuracies.
